SHIPPING POLICY

All WildForge AI products are made to order. After an order is placed, it is sent to one of our production partners for printing, packaging, and shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when a product is temporarily out of stock.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method, destination, and carrier.

Please allow approximately 4–15 business days from the date of purchase for production and delivery. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Costs may vary based on the products ordered, quantity, destination, and selected shipping method.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take a few business days to update after the carrier receives the package.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Items in the same order may be produced by different facilities. Therefore, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reprinted or reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

Carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
